I have a decent collection of 2 NES's (one with a whole mess of stickers on it),150-155 games including Exodus and Spiritual Warfare, a variety of Controllers including the joystick you slip a regular controller into. I own a Power glove, A Game Geneie with a 50 page manual, and my own personal copy of The Wizard on VHS. I started in 2000, and obtained each peice at yardsales/fleamarkets, the Goodwill/SA, and A Closing Gamestop location.

now was this thing shaped like the normal controller, but modified the D-pad? or are you talking about a joystick like Advantage style?

if it's the former of the two, I had one of those. I can't remember whether it helped or not...

that's a good selection of games, you have all the quality titles in there. if only you had doubles of the quality titles in there... (Rad Racer II, Gauntlet II... the list goes on)

Perhaps I should make a list, too. It will be very short, though.

Sorry guys, I haven't made any 'lot' purchases or anything like that. I just go to the retro store and grab games I don't have. Most games over there cost about $7, if I remember right (haven't been there in about 3 mos.), and the other store sells some of their games as low as $1 (except SMB 1 .25). So I've been able to pick and choose the games that I don't have, which leads to no doubles...

Yes, when you buy them 1 by 1 you shouldn't have any doubles.
I have exactly one double. That's Dragon Quest 3. 1 is complete, the other is cart only. I bought the cart before and then saw the complete one some months later.
Funny is, the complete one was cheaper. :?

Funny, Duckhunt seems rather rare here in Germany.
It still has high prices in online auctions and stuff.

Well, that's mighty kind of you! Anybody have a SMB game by itself that they want to give away? I already have the other two...(SMB/WCTM/DH, SMB/DH)

I have a single one that I'd be willing to part with...

as it's my only one, it would be good to get something else I haven't got in return, but if not I may still decide to go for it.

one thing I have learned is that if you give, you'll recieve :)

The last game I got was in about 2001 because:
a) the supply of nes games seemed to dry up
b) I started using emulation.

I first got into emulation to try out some of the 300-400 odd North American games that never made it to Europe. But then I seemed to stop buying NES games all together. There's only one guy near me who sells NES games in a market but his stuff is all expensive. The trouble is the NES was never hughly popular in the UK so you're never going to find a box of cheap games at a garage sale or whereever. It seems like the only option for me now is ebay.

Nearly the same problem here in Germany.
The NES was popular, but now nobody is selling at reasonable prices.
I saw NES games (all very common) in a used game shop, and they all were 5 or 10 Euro. That's just too expensive. (And they only had about 15 carts or so. Too poor.)
