I started off with Hikozaru

What the hell happened to names like Caterpie, Pidgey, and Beedrill?

Anyways I collected Pokemon cards up until the "team rocket" edition (which I think was the one after Fossil). I followed the TV show until a little after the addition of Cyndaquil, Chikorita, and the water guy. And finally I have and played both Pokemon stadiums, pokemon snap, and red, blue, yellow, silver, and gold.

I am playing the Japanese version of Diamond. The names between Japan and the rest of the world are always different, when Diamond and Pearl come out here on April 22 they will have different names then there Japanese counterparts. )
I am having loads of fun with Diamond. :D

Yay my Hikozaru evoled into Moukazaru:

Yay I got my first Gym Badge in Diamond! w00t!
I found the english name for Hikozaru it's "Chimchar".

It's "Missing Number", by the way.

I remember the "Missing Number" or "MissingNo." Pokemon in the Blue version. A friend of mine, who had the game, would show it to my by heading over to the bay somewhere, and start fishing for it. It was just this weird combination of pixels...

It wasn't possible to catch it, was it?

I'm not sure why, but whenever I saw that that Pokemon, it always freaked me out...

Actually, not all was thinking. Some was plotting, some was planning, and finally the explaining of my plan which I plotted after I thought of it.

When you meet MissingNo in Battle it's cry sounds that of a Bird type Pokemon. You can catch MissingNo.

Maybe not a "real" Pokemon game but I recently played through Pokemon Snap and was surprised with how much I enjoyed it. One of the most relaxing games I've ever played. Shame it is a bit short.
