My sister's new pc downloaded the new version automatically, but she hated it so much I had to rollback Media Player to version 9.
Every time they update the software becomes harder to use... Same with hotmail. The design has really become crappy over the years.
I'll change to the new Media Player when I must.

Aaron, what the hell kind of desktop do you run? Whats with the tabs at top and quick tray? on the bottom? Might be a dumb question, but I have never seen it before. Oh yeah, and on WMP, I have been using that beta for a while now.

At the risk of being mocked.......but i'm content enough with itunes for my music, mainly as I have an ipod. If I didn't, i'd use winamp though. I've never been a fan of windows media player. I have it on my laptop (it has windows media centre edition on it or something) and have used it once to watch a dvd.

It is called Obectject dock. I am running the full version. Here is the Torrent.Enjoy. Make sure to add short cuts for Shut Down and Restart. Then just hide your Normal tool bar. Looks cooler that way. Looks like an Apple expect without the bullsh!t.

Awesome. Much thanks. I didn't want it, but thanks anyway. I was just curious as to what it was.
