Anybody interested in a trade? I'd take other Japanese carts or a loose Game Genie or something. :)

This cart is still for trade! :)

Anybody wants to trade a Japanese cart (I take mostly any, unless I don't own it already  ) for my Dragon Quest 3 cart?

PM me or answer here. Thanks

Would that work on a European console?

I would assume that it would, since it reads the lockout info from the chip on the cart itself, so it's just simple pass-through

I have Dragon Warrior 1 and 4. I only need 2 and 3 to complete my collection. I have checked in many stores but I haven't found them. I wish I could complete my collection.

If you are interested in the Japanese version (It's Dragon Quest not D Warrior) I could look for it in Japan.
And of course I have 2 and 3 complete with boxes and manuals, but no duplicates unfortunately.

I would like to play the Dragon Quest series but I don't speak Japanese and I don't have a Famicom. What series came out in Germany? DQ or DW.

It didn't come out in Germany.
We're not blessed with all the games as you lucky guys over the Atlantic Ocean. :(

Nope. Not yet at least.
And I don't know how good/bad chances are.

Just for your info: The first "real" Final Fantasy released in Germany was part 7 for PS! (There was Final Fantasy Mystic Quest for SNES, but that's no true FF of the original series.)

As far as I know the only DQ game released in Germany is Dragon Quest Monsters for Gameboy, I'm not sure though.

The European gamers' situation isn't so sweet.

mmm... not sure.

Dragon Quest 5 for Super Famicom has another subtitle. It's called 天空の花嫁, which means "Heaven's Bride".

Torneko was a character from DQ 4 ( I think...) and he got some spinoffs, because he was quite popular. He's also called "Taloon" in the West.
Those are not games from the Dragon Quest series, though.

If you like RPGs, grab it. I heard those games are quite average in quality, not outstanding, but not badd, too.
