do they have the same power supply?

i found a deal for a SFC for 13 bucks, without an AC adapter.
i could buy the AC adapter seperate for 7 dollars.

i do have an extra SNES one, and i am hoping they are the same.

i am not talking about the European SNES ac.

I couldn't find anything from the research I did.
However...if the power supply for the SFC can be bought seperately and easily i'd probably give it a try with the spare one you have and buy one later if that doesn't work.
I know that's not much help really.
