same happened to me, but i cant find out where to send it. and what to send with it... i know not to leave a game in it, or the hdd, no controllers.

Got my replacement back yesterday. Not even a new one, in fact, I'm pretty sure it's older than the one I sent in... :/ I guess the upside is that it came back a lot faster than the last time...

Three down, replacement is making an awful sick grinding noise when loading/quitting/ejecting a disc. So it's going home to MS as well. Apparently the case is being handled directly by a supervisor this time... Maybe I'll get better results.
