who here has played the Banjo games? (Banjo Kazooie, and Banjo Tooie) which was better? I loved Banjo Kazooie, and I've been told Tooie is even better.

I have played and beaten both of them. Banjo Tooie has much more in it, but banjo kazooie is just better, rounder, and more fun. Both games had great levels with awesome music. (the kind of video game music you find yourself humming alot) If you own an N64, these games are a must buy.

Ahh, good times. I remember me and my freind were so hyped on getting this game. I remember renting it and re-renting it just to finish the game. I loved searching for the missing notes. I actually finshed a rented copy of Banjo Kazooie, I mean I did EVERYTHING. I remember how much of a ***** the notes were but I was always determined.

God I hated the witch, it took me a while to figure out I had to throw eggs into the statue.

I love both games. I just recently re-beat Banjo-Kazooie with everything in it, and I loved it. It was so great. I just bought tooie though for the first time, and its good, but not as good. The second one has more stuff to do, but it just doesn't feel the same. Still a great game though. Also, the levels are much much larger. If you liked the first one, no doubt you'll like tooie.

I wanted to play tooie, just never had the money, plus I sold my N64 and some games to buy Halo 1 when I got my Xbox like 3 or 4 years ago.

I played Kazooie when it first came out, I want to check out Tooie but all the copies i've found are too expensive. Most games in the UK are overpriced, even on ebay, I think many people are begining to wise up and realise that older games in good condition are worth a lot of money to some "hardcore" collectors :(

Too get everything in Banjo-Kazooie, took 20 hours, and for Tooie, around 50 hours for everything. (no guides)

The consoles should be fine with that. Sometimes I left my NES on for 3 weeks because of SMB3. :) And it still works flawlessly.
