I don't think I'd complain too much if it were like GRAW, I love both of those games.

But it shouldn't just be a knock off. Hopefully they do it well, I have high hopes.

My main concern is that it will be a knockoff, which would be a letdown for the whole series (although 3 wasn't great)
I'd quite like to check out GRAW, i've had an eye on it for a while. Does it rely on teamwork/commanding your squad/use of cover much?

Ouch! I can't sleep.
Ouch! I'm broke due to gas being $3.10 a gallon so I can't even go buy that DS game I've been jonesing for.

I need friends.... I had to nix Tom. He wasn't really my friend. His smile "mocked" me.

That's about 82 cents per liter, right?
Consider yourself lucky.
Gasoline is 1.40 Euros per liter here. (1.90$) That would make about 7.20$ a gallon.

Depending on the difficulty you choose to play on, it can be very tactical. Meaning you'll need to use cover, and order your team mates around. Though the team AI in the first GRAW is pretty terrible, it's not a major hindrance unless you're playing on hard mode, in which case you'll find yourself fighting more with your team than you will the enemy.

All in all though, both of them are excellent, though the second is foolishly easy, even on hard mode.

You should be able to find the first one for next to nothing now, there's really nothing to lose by picking it up.

Awesome man, congratulations. Being a father is the best thing in the world. If your ever having a bad day you just come home to a smiling little face that thinks you are a god. I love it.

After 2 months of not being here, I come back and it only takes me one thread to find a weird post!

Congrats!

Ouch! What happened to the Game Of The Week?
Yay! Only 3 more days until I acquire Tomb Raider Anniversary (providing Eidos doesn't change the release date again).

It always takes me at least half an hour to make the game of the week thread and only 2 or 3 people care to actually post a line or two... Maybe I'll start posting a game of the week again later.

That might be better; more time for you to prepare, for people to come up with suggestions, etc.
