I think it would take a lot of work to do a Zelda movie correctly. Yes, the man who directed LoTR is probably the best man for the job. As for who would play Link, or even do his voice if it were done like FF... I don't know...Orlando Bloom is pretty versitile, he might be able to do it. I'm proud to say that I enjoy the Mario Brothers Movie. It's awesome. Probably one of my favorites ever :).

The closest thing you will ever get to a zelda movie is this:  Legend (1985) This movie is my all time fave. Miyamoto admitted in an interview that he got some inspiration for the first zelda game from this movie. the plot is similar too. Tim curry is also the coolest actor in this movie!  <3

Huh. It worked earlier. Perhaps the God of Gaming is sending us a warning about the movie.

But if the Digg Effect was in full effect, it would affect the entire sight, rather than just the trailor... right?

If a movie came out I would get a picture of the Link actor, put it next to the real-movie Mario Brothers, and make a t-shirt that said "Don't Mess With Us!"
