Lost NES Ac adapter! wat can i use instead of it? Options · View

I had my NES hooked up in my van for 10 years and when i pulled it out to put inside i found out it was not hooked up with the ac adapter. i got a big box of Ac adapters anyone know the voltage\amperage i can use

I believe it's 9V 1A, I'm unsure of the polarity though...

The same happened to my Sega Genesis, but it is now working with my phone's AC.

It is 9V, 1.3A.

The adapter converts to AC (at whatever amperage / voltage everyone else said), not to DC like most other game systems.

That's VERY important :)
