I picked up Two Worlds, Stuntman Ignition, Blue Dragon, and BioShock.

if anyone wants to do a 1:1 trade for BioShock, I'd happily let it go. Heavenly Sword would be a welcome trade. Maybe even Lair.

Picked up The Orange Box on the 360. It's one hell of a value. Portal alone is almost worth the price, if only it had more levels...

Bought The Orange Box for 360 on Thursday night, a 360 Premium Holiday 2007 Bundle with free Guitar Hero 2 from Futureshop yesterday, and these today:

from left to right, $10, $15 new, and $25 new.

Today I Got:

Mega Man Anniversary Collection (XBOX) $4
Xbox Microphone $6

Finally found the Microphone I was looking for. And the deal on Mega Man Anniversary Collection was pretty good, imo.

I bought The Orange Box a week ago, and its awesomeness

I also bought Guitar Hero III on release. Beat it in less than 5 hours. (27) 5 star, (8) 4 star, and (4) 3 star. Only failed two songs, Slayers' and the end boss battle. Boss battle sucked, took about 15-20 tries but Slayer took 3.

Guitar Hero III for the PS3, ensuring that I have two wireless guitars for when the real Harmonix-developed Guitar Hero III (Rock Band) hits. Since the 360 version gets a wired guitar, and a lame powered USB hub.

I also had it beat in under 5 hours, but I played on medium, and with much less impressive scores. :)

Also picked up Ratchet & Clank for the PS3. Quite a good game, feels like playing a Pixar movie. I frequently just sit there waiting for the gameplay to start at the beginning of the level, unaware that the scene I'm looking at is the level, and I already have control. Similar to what happened at the beginning of BioShock.

Yeah, Nesmaster always seems to get the best deals. Are you good friends with the female shop manager there?

If you should anytime see the Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (PS3) for 20$ there, please tell me. Seriously.

No luck at Rogers for me. :(

But I did pick up Manhunt 2 for the PS2 a few days ago. It actually has a pretty interesting story, and the gore isn't even close to levels we've seen in the past.

Nope, My Rogers and the manager at it just rule. It seems to be the best one for pulling new games, as they are a big store and have a lot of each game. It's turned me into such a cheapass I won't buy games new unless I NEED them. (Mercs 2, GTA IV, COD4...)

Bought Super Mario Galaxy from amazon.
Got me a hefty 75 points in the Club Nintendo.
I can't play it now, but I can play it as soon as I move to Japan and buy a Wii.

Pretty good find today. Having wanted an N64 for a while, I came close to buying one off ebay this morning (for £20 in P+P) but I had to depart to lectures, afterwards I decided to head into town too see if the comic shops had MAD, and decided to check the game shops.

I ended up getting an boxed N64, with

Pokemon Stadium (Cart only)
Goldeneye (box, ins, no insert)
Excitebike 64 (complete)
Diddy Kong Racing (box, ins, no insert)
WWF No Mercy (insert)

when I openend the box I was happy to find a 3rd party rumble pak and an expansion pack, which quite suprised me as I thought they'd sell them seperately. all in it cost me £25. I'm broke until the end of the month now, soup for the next two weeks now

A couple of weeks back I got Project Gotham 4

I picked Galaxy up on Tuesday, pretty great so far. It's gone a long way toward restoring my faith in Nintendo...

EDIT: Also got Call of Duty 4 for the PS3, and FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage for the 360.
