Nice moral. Ask every body for sure! I went to a rummage sale once and there was a box full of NES games. It also had two NES's in it! .....Five bucks. It was awesome! One of the systems didn't work, but the other one is the one I'm still currently using, if I'm not mistaken. Deals rule! http://robertlbryant.com

yeah, when garage sale season rolls around again I'll have to keep my eyes open. I remember last year finding a boxed NES, but I didn't think anything of it at the time. Also I think they wanted a lot of money for it.

I left a linf for the systems I won earlier. I picked them up today. If u look at that link it says game is not included, but he had packed it anyway. It turns out 2 be a 42 in 1 famicom game so I definetly made out. PS I havent tested systems yet but will later on and if any one wants to know if the work I will post on this board. Merry Christmas to all. I know its 2 days away but I love the holidays.

have you checked the systems out yet? I'd like to hear more about them. Perhaps some better photos as well, the ones in the auction are terrible.

NES LUKE ASKED

Yes I have they both work, but for some reason they play in black and white only. They hook up with rca cables and regular nes plug. I dont know were I can find any controllers though, they have atari plugs but an atari only has one button so I didnt bother digging out my atari. The one plays are 72 pin and the other japenese famicom games. Witch by the way it says on auction game not included but he gave me it anyway witch is a 42 in 1 famicom game so i really made out. I play that right on my american nes because i purchased an adapter on ebay a while back along with f1 racer for the famicom. I will try to figure out how to post pics in leave pics later.

I don't know ANYTHING about the Famicom, so this is a long shot... Have you tried using a Sega Genesis controller? Those have the same connectors on the controllers as an Atari. Besides that, I can't really help you, dude. If you need help posting pics, PM me and I can help you out... http://robertlbryant.com

Nice suggestion but didnt work, but it is a 6 button turbo controller maybe if I get a 3 button. The only thing that worked was when i pressed left it used the select function.

I'm more into just playing NES games than I am collecting them. Cheetahmen SUCKS, so I know I wouldn't be paying anywhere near that kind of money for it. Still, that's a super cool find. Here's my purchases today (no boxes or manuals): Batman - $3 Iron Sword: Wizards & Warriors II - $2 Gauntlet (Tengen) - $9!!!! (I debated this purchase for several minutes. It's in mint condition, but again, it's just the cart. Whatever.) Gauntlet II - $2 Super Spike V'Ball/Nintendo World Cup - $2 Metroid - $5 Metal Gear 2: Snake's Revenge - $3 (I KNOW it's bad...it was $3.)

I'm going to have to say I'm more for playing as well, $225 is A LOT of money for an NES game. really, I'm going to be breaking 50 carts soon, and haven't paid anything yet.

Well, if UPS hadn't decided to stick an extra zero on the declared value of the package, I would already have past the 50 mark... but that $50 tax on there was a little surprising, and being that it'll be cheaper to return to sender and have it reshipped, I think that's the route I'll be taking.
